Shipping, Pickup & Returns


Beer will only be sold to individuals that are 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required for each product added to the cart, and age will be verified by the shipping company. A signature of an individual 21 years or older is required at delivery of package. 


Shipments of beer are within CA only and to adults 21 years of age or older. We ship all beer via GSO (Golden State Overnight). Merchandise can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. Beer purchased by an individual residing outside of California may only select the Pick Up in Tasting Room option. All orders are shipped Tuesday for overnight delivery on Wednesday. Shipments cannot be made to PO Boxes. Pickups must be made within 6 weeks from the date of purchase and during normal tasting room hours. Please contact us via email ( if you do not receive your package.

All beer is flat-rate priced at $19.95 per case shipped. 1-12 bottles = $19.95, 13-24 bottles = $39.90, 25-36 bottles is $59.85. etc.


When you arrive to pick up your order, please provide your ID and inform the staff member that you placed an order online. Please be prepared to show proof of purchase.


Beer: Due to state alcohol laws, returns of beer is not allowed. If the bottle is faulty, then we will accept an exchange for a like bottle/product. Please contact us via email with details and a request to refund if you receive a faulty bottle.

Merchandise: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in anyway will not be accepted. Merchandise must be in like new condition. We will refund or exchange the purchase price of the merchandise excluding shipping. Purchases conducted in the Tasting Room must be returned/exchanged in the tasting room.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
